Cost Estimate Procedure for Your Project

Clear Lighting & Electrical Design will gladly provide a free proposal listing our charges as your design consultant.  After reviewing the proposal with us, and amending the document for any adjustments, a Contract will be emailed to you for your acceptance. 

Option One - In order for us to give you an accurate proposal we will need the basic project information such as number of square feet and the design services required. Other information may also be requested by ClearLED.  This method works well for simple remodels and tract homes.

Option Two - Another method to develop your project proposal is to complete our "Client Questionnaire" document.   The questionnaire we use is comprehensive and time-proven.  So much so, that we consider it to be confidential and proprietary, and it gives Clear Lighting & Electrical Design a distinct advantage in the marketplace. Please click here to be verified to receive a Client Questioner via email.  Once we have received the completed document, we will develop a proposal for your project.  This method works well for custom homes with a high level of detail and controls.

Our fees are some of the lowest in our discipline of design consulting for residential properties. From the smallest remodel project to an ultra-custom home and everything in between we are ready to assist you to receive the lowest cost possible contractor proposals based on our detailed bidding documents.
